Kompas Gramedia Group of Magazine now looking for new Designer. Starting from “Intisari”, first published on August 17, 1963, Group of Magazine - Kompas Gramedia has now become one of the biggest periodical tabloid & magazine groups in Indonesia.
Group of Magazine - Kompas Gramedia is focused to publishing their editions periodically with the commitment to give & publish the best quality of information according to society’s core values, and now owns more than 50 tabloids and magazines.

Currently, we are looking for Professionals who thrive on a dynamic, exciting and ever-changing environment, to fill the following position as:

UX Designer
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Barat)

Requirements for applicant :

1. Bachelor Degree from design, visual communication, computer science, human factors or a related field is required
2. The successful UX designer candidates has ability to solve difficult UX problems, working closely with project managers, product team and is someone who get things done.
3. 3 years of industry experience with visual problem solving as a product designer.
4. Exceptional understanding on fundamental design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition).
5. Experience in developoing and communicating visual specifications required.
6. Consumer-focused thinker who can pro-actively communicate and lead in creative, business and technical discussions.
7. Strong work practices and design discipline. A proven record of delivering innovative solutions on time for demanding and complex visual problems.
8. Highly detail-oriented with a passion for pixel perfection, self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects.
9. Strong verbal and written communication.
10. Degree in Interactive Design or related visual field.
11. Experience with mobile product development lifecycle is a plus.
