Project Manager for franchise Program
(Jakarta Capital Region)

Responsibilities :

1. Achievement of monthly / yearly  progress and  visibility objective
2. Build and maintain relationship with subordinate and agent
3. Execution of  activities in the area include new product launch
4. Monitor agent  trend and competitor’s activities due customer needs
5. Proper implementation of  management  policies direction at business partners
6. Accurate data, timely and accurate daily  report
7. Compliance of internal and external regulation/policies at  business partners
8. Financial performance of business partners
9. Completeness and accurate supporting document for regular business review
10. Lead and develop business  force to achieve the desire in business partners conditions

Requirements :

1. Max 40 years
2. S1 preferred candidate overseas university graduates
3. Preferably with experience in the field of multi-finance
4. Fresh graduate are welcome
5. Honesty and integrity is a must
6. Communication skill and a good influence might be support
7. Skill for problem solving, decision making and change management is good
8. Willing to travel to areas throughout Indonesia

Income and remunerations :

1. Rp.15,000,000 until Rp.20,000,000
2. Bonus will be paid minimum 2 months yearly
3. Opportunity carrier for promotion based on performance
