PT ISPAT INDO open new vacancy in this February 2011. A Multinational PMA Steel Producing Company with operations in Sidoarjo and Gresik is looking for candidates to fulfill vacancies and new coming projects:
PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT SPECIALIST
(SIDOARJO)


Requirements for job:
  1. S1 from Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or other engineering disciplines or higher from reputable university.
  2. Experience 3-7 years, out of which 1 year in plant maintenance / production / engineering / Cost Deployment / Balance Score Card in any manufacturing industry with emphasis on Visual management.
  3. Understanding of any one methodology like TPM / JIT/Six Sigma/ JQI /TIE/ SPC /TQM .
  4. Write and communicate in English.
  5. Computer literate i.e. MS - Office
  6. Good interpersonal and assertiveness skill to approach senior executives and team members .
  7. Knowledge of PDCA and SDCA.
