PT Surya Madistrindo open new vacancy in this month for Diploma or Bachelor IT,  is a subsidiary of PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Our core business is to manage distributions of PT Gudang Garam Tbk products. Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide technical assistance to users, support users on PC and others IT equipment, and support network maintaining also trouble shooting

General Qualification :

1. D3/ S1 Gradute in IT Informatics & Management Information from Indonesian’s IT reputable University
2. Female/ Male maximum age 30 years old
3. GPA 3.00 scale 4
4. Having 1 year working experience in the same related area
5. Knowledgeable on Microsoft Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office 2007/ 2010, basic Network (TCP / IP and Network Configuration)
6. Hardware, software & basic network trouble shooting
7. Having good communication skill to handle customer issue
8. Willing to travel around Indonesia on business trip
