FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FAM)

BANDUNG

Requirements:

1. Male / Female
2. Min. S1 Accounting/Finance
3. Max 40 years old
4. Min. 4 years experience in the same position in property business
5. Having the ability to perform Financial / Business Analysis, Feasibility Studies for property projects and experience in financing property projects
6. Strong analytical skill
7. Fluency in English both oral & written
8. Able to use MS Office / Open Office
9. Independent, creative, responsible, punctual, honest, hard worker, have high level of discipline and commitment on work
10. Have a good ability to work both as team or individual
11. Able to work under pressure on tight deadline
12. Ready to be placed on Bandung
