Account Relationship Officer

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining relationship with customer
2. Creating a proposal based on customer requirement and able to do a presentation
3. Maintain good relationship with existing customer by providing attention, services and good communication
4. responsible to handle and manage all customers under his/her responsibility
5. Provide document related with the sales and price
6. Manage document and other job related to the sales activity
7. follow up questions / requests of customers about apartment units or houses offered

Requirements:

1. Female max 30 years old
2. Single
3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science / Sociology, Economics, Marketing, Linguistic / Languages, Education
4. Well organized, result oriented, able to work independently as well as team player
5. Excellent interpersonal & negotiation Skills
6. Mostly Dealing with Expatriates
7. Candidate must be dynamic, energetic and highly motivated
8. Fluently in English both written and Spoken is a must and able to Speak Japanese is an advantage
