PT. Kwalita Bali open job in Bali, an International Handicraft Export company in Bali, is urgently seeking experienced, pro-active, independent personnel to join the R&D team in Bali office.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (PDM)

Denpasar

Major Responsibilities :

1. Managing Product Development team to provide international buyers with new designs range that meet their taste and requirement.
2. Gathering trends in seasonal basis and applying them to home décor merchandise.
3. Working closely with suppliers to ensure samples are made with the highest quality and ready on time for buyer presentation.
4. Working closely with Merchandising department to ensure that all development projects match with buyer requirements.
5. Meeting with buyers and presenting all samples and projects done for their individual need.
6. Creating yearly budget and financial target for Product Development department and present it to upper management for approval.

Requirements :

1. Male/Female, minimum diploma graduate
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Product Design
3. Good command in verbal and written English is a must
4. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
5. Proficient in Corel Draw and Photoshop.
6. MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO BALI.
