Customer Service Executive (Based in Jakarta)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of customer service functions, which encompass handling sales and technical enquiries, product complaints, processing orders, quotation and pricing, arranging deliveries, monitoring delivery status and maintaining sales database/reports.
Requirements for job :
- Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline or in a Technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in the service or related industries
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and administration skills
- Proficient in IT skills (internet, word processing and database resources)
- Able to work under pressure and independently
