With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resource that will be located in Sangatta Mine Project, East Kalimantan as Senior Supervisor - Plant Admin.
Senior Supervisor - Plant Admin
Reporting to Plant Operations Superintendent, you will responsible for all aspects of site plant administration, its systems, its records, their analysis and the personnel involved; responsible to managed all aspect of site light vehicle hire; site plant financial costing, its systems, records and analysis; ensure site plant personnel are fully trained in Plant Costing and administration systems; ensure JDE is fully utilized in all aspects of plant administration; monitor and report KPI’s with focus on cost management improvement; compilation of the monthly plant reports; review plant cost dissection ledgers and follow up of queries related to same.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a university degree in Accounting or Economics with minimum 2 years experience in similar admin or accounting supervisory position. The candidate should have good communication; fluent in English both oral and written; good computer skills; work quickly and accurately; good problem solving; time and personnel management; knowledge of financial and accounting principles; broad knowledge of Enterprises Systems – JDE; understand Thiess values and systems.
