Perusahaan menyediakan lowongan kerja terbaru untuk posisi sekretaris bulan Desember 2011. Sekarang Kami sedang membutuhkan seseorang dengan minat dan etos kerja yang baik untuk mengisi lowongan dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
Secretary ( Surabaya )
IDR 5000000 - 7500000
Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle full spectrum of secretarial
  2. Coordinate & schedule meetings, travel arrangements & hotel accommodations, minutes taking, drafting letters, preparation of correspondences, reports and business related memos, plans, presentations.
  3. Organize and maintain efficient filing system for easy reference.
  4. Coordination with other departments to ensure information and procedures and updated and compiled.
  5. Manage the department budget
  6. Assist in all other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  1. Female only
  2. A minimum of 2 years experience in a secretarial capacity reporting to senior management.
  3. Must be good looking, well groomed, mature, independent, dynamic, resourceful, independent and meticulous.
  4. Must possess excellent communication skills (bilingual in English) to interact effectively with the senior management and business associates.
  5. Able to work as team.
  6. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment are imperative.
  7. Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Emails)
