Head of Sampling / Customer Activation Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements for job:
  1. To Ensure that agency services keep up with industry development.
  2. To Control Correspondence, Deadlines, Budgets and timetables.
  3. To look after the interests of both the client and the agency.
  4. To supervise the Account Service Team.
  5. To attend briefs on what the client wants with other specialist
  6. To attend meetings between the client and the agency
  7. To stay in regular contact with client about such things as industry changes and relevant market opportunities.
  8. To Assist clients in deciding what kind of service they want and what medium to use.
  9. To liaise with the people involved in the creative design of a client's advertising.
  10. To check the client requirements to ensure they meet objectives
  11. To handle any problem or complaints clients may have.
  12. Possess the authority to make decision to cancel or cease the field activities, should the activities are not in regards to the company’s and client’s standards.
  13. To maintain good relationship and communication between the company and the clients.
  14. To maintain good relationship and communication internally within the company.
  15. Together with Area/ Assistant Area Manager, to directly manage and supervise the operational activities and make sure that every details needed are well prepared in regards to client's standards and satisfaction.
  16. To accompany the clients on whenever the clients conduct visits to field activities.
  17. To established good and appropriate budgeting in accordance with clients, which will result a mutual benefit between the company and the clients.
  18. To directly communicate with the company should there be any complaints or requirements from the clients.
  19. To constantly go and conduct random check to the field activities, and provide evaluation for operational and management team should there be any lack of standards.
  20. Possess the authority to make decision to cancel or cease the field activities, should the activities are not in regards to the company's and client's standards.
  21. To receive reports from operational staff and formulate the reports for the Account Manager and Head of Drive Discipline on whatever achievements, requirements or Suggestions etc. of the operational activities from both sides, company and clients.
  22. Follow up Invoicing
