Requirements for job:

1. Ability to produce a creative idea and concept and translate it into a proposal
2. Understand the role of digital and its functions in marketing and consumers
3. Creative, strategic, and open-minded
4. Technology savvy, knowledgeable and updated in terms of current consumer & market
5. trends in BTL and social media
6. Have extensive background and experience in BTL, Digital, and ATL
7. Fluent in English (oral & written)
8. Has thorough knowledge and understanding of the advertising processes and the time
9. required to complete each stage.
10. Demonstrates strong presentation skills, both in preparing materials required and in delivery. Excellent written skills.
11. Ensures budgets and timelines are met and alerts team of potential issues.
12. Organized with excellent time and project management skills.
13. Builds client confidence by demonstrating an ability to creatively manage and deliver a creative-quality product, on time, on strategy and on budget.
14. High sense of leadership and responsibility towards work, team and company
15. Ability to talk and discuss on the same level with creative and strategic planning.
