Agronomy job recruitment in Kalimantan Barat for 2011. We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in palm oil plantations, breweries, financial services and leisure. PT. Agro Harapan Lestari (AGRO GROUP) is the groups plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals.

Assistant - Agronomy [AGR]
(Kalimantan Barat)

Responsibilities:

1. Water Management
2. Investigate and gather soil related information over Agro Group land properties
3. Ensure Land Clearing work is done to the best industry standards and as per Company requirements and policy
4. Establishment of new and maintenance of current Nursery seedlings to obtain success rates of > 85%. Ensure irrigation and fertilization are timely. Culling carried out at set intervals.

Requiremens:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan.
4. Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
5. Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
6. Full-Time positions available.
