Requirements for job:

1. Having a bachelor/master degree from a reputable university majoring in Psychology/Law/Management or any related discipline.
2. Having min. 2 years experience in handling selection and recruitment.
3. Have good understanding of psychological tools and recruitment methodology.
4. Familiar with Psychological test administration for employee recruitment process and making psychological report.
5. Good command of English.
6. Good interpersonal & Communications skills; Good team player; flexibility; Hardworking & Self Motivated.
7. Willing to travel for assignment throughout Indonesia.
