PSI Professional Services Division’s Operation Support Systems Group is inviting progressive and self-motivated young
professionals to join as:

Associate Consultant – Operation Support Systems (OSS)

Reporting to the Country’s Professional Services Head, the role shall cover:

1. Services delivery as in assessment, micro design, implementation activities within OSS’ FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security) area
2. Project scoping, systems architecting, proposal generation and proof of concepts execution

Associate Consultant – Operation Support Systems (OSS)

Required

1. Mid twenties,
2. An S-1 degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0 with clear interest on OSI protocol & network management area (FCAPS)
3. Hands-on with SNMP and programming/scripting (e.g. Java, PHP, Phyton)
4. Excellent knowledge in TCP/IP network including routing switching protocol and technology
5. Admin capabilities in UNIX envronment
6. Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
7. Excellent communicator: both written & verbal
8. Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy;
9. Leadership, teamwork, commitment, and service excellence personal qualities Desireable
10. 1 year technical pre-sales and implementation experience in OSS solutions (e.g. MRTG/PRTG, Sniffer, Solarwind, Cisco Works, HPOV, CA eHealth, Infovista, Tivoli, NetScout, BRIX)
11. Industry certification (e.g. ITIL® Foundation or Cisco CCNA)
