Technical lead

Senior .Net Programmer / Technical Lead

Location : Malaysia

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop and support banking solutions including preparation of functional / technical specifications
2. Provide support and enhancement to existing systems
3. Effective and constant engagement with team members / colleagues in order to achieve set performance targets for project deliverables, Problem Management and Change Management functions
4. Ensure proper management of people, time and cost during the project

Requirements :

1. Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering related
2. Over 5 years working experience in J2EE development environment
3. Preferably 2-3 years experience in vendor / consulting environment with Loan Origination System, Teller and Cash Management solution exposure in J2EE
4. Strong technical experience in J2EE design framework, Weblogic 7/8 Web / Application Server and Oracle9i / 10g Database Server
5. Solid Programming experience in Struts, JSP, EJB, JDBC
6. Good leadership skills and experience in leading development team
7. Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
8. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
9. Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadline
