He/She will be responsible in strategic role for a business operation. The Business Unit Manager will oversee all operation activities in the business unit, which includes developing marketing strategies, factory management & operations, cash flow management, coordination with other parties such as Distributor and Research & DInnovation in order to evaluate & develop production capacity, setting up target & product quality development.
Requirement :
Male, between 30 – 40 years old, S1/ S2 graduate at any major from reputable university with min GPA of 3.00
Has min. 2 years exp. in factory & marketing management, preferably from consumer goods company
Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer literate
Possess strong leadership ability
Have a good knowledge of ISO, CPOB, Government Labor Law and System
Have experience in setting-up & develop new business (marketing & factory)
