PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, evaluate and set up effective and secure transaction system both for purchasing the product and selling to customer.
- Coordinate, evaluate, monitor and execute the receiving and payment from customer, invoice payment to supplier/ vendor and other payment such as tax, etc.
- Analyze, evaluate and coordinate analysis result between actual complementation and budget such as any deviances occurred, and prepare alternatives steps needed.
- Coordinate and file the whole supporting documents from vendor/ supplier needed to support transaction implementation.
- Coordinate and file the whole supporting documents from customer needed to support transaction implementation.
- Arranging daily activities related to project.
- Academy degree.
- Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in the same field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Confident communicator in English (written & spoken).
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skill.
- Good computer literature, knowledge of SAP (MM module) will be an advantage.
- Good self motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization.
- Good command of English language both orally and in writing.
