QUALIFICATION :

Male, age between 30 – 40 years old
S1 Degree of Law/ Psychology/ Management from reputable university
Having min. 10 Years experience in same position
Familiar with Indonesia Labor Regulation
Having good negotiation skill and good leadership
Familiar with ISO 14001 & 9001
Proficient in English both oral and written, Japanese preferable
Willing to be stationed in Pasuruan
