Customer Service Job in Maret 2011

PT Intercity Kerlipan open job for Customer Service positon. Started in year 1997 as a Business Process provider specializing in Data & Document Processing (DDP) and Record Management Services (RMS). Our core competencies includes handling of secured and confidential variable data and document from compositions, print-to-mail and managing of physical records, imaging and integrated electronic document system. Since 2004, Intercity Kerlipan is committed in delivering quality and dedicated IT solutions and services. Our comprehensive services include system integration for IT infrastructure related services, on-site managed services, system administration and help-desk services, asset management services, network operations management services, project management services as well as IT support organization structure setup services.

Customer Service

Responsibilities:
Handling complain from the customers, ect.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field.
  • Have Min. 1 year experienced as Customer Service or Customer Relation is a plus
  • Good communication skill in English (oral and written)
  • Able to operate computer (MS Office) and Internet (email,browsing,etc.)
  • Good in communication skill, Excellent Personality and Good in Appearance
  • Active, initiative,customer oriented, and can work under pressured
  • Able to work individual and as a team
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to be work in outdoor (mobile)
  • Full-Time positions available.
