CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Jakarta Selatan
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing developer to interface with contractor
- Running the agreed Project Management System effectively
- Vice-giver duties to "Manage the Project"
- Propose WBS / Work Breakdown Schedule
- Controlling all the planning and implementation of projects
- Evaluate the technical and cost to Client's Priorities for decision making
- Planning & Controlling QC to the field periodically and regularly
- Creating a Monthly Report
- Check payment certificates for review PC & approved Owner's Reps
- Project Reporting
- Review & Evaluation Project Progress
- Approval of the Monthly Progress Report Field
- Responsible for the smooth running and completed projects
Requirements:
Graduated from Civil Engineering
Required skill(s): project cost management, budget control, schedule planning and controlling
Preferred skill(s): communication, negotiation
Required language(s): English
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Managers specializing in Property or equivalent. Job role in Property Management or equivalent
