Training And Development Specialist
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

1. Developing training modules / curriculums and learning strategies
2. Conduct internal training regularly
3. Evaluate training result and analyze it's effectiveness
4. Produce monthly report of training program
5. Working with Retail Manager in executing and monitoring the implementation of training program for all employees

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position (preferably in retail industry)
3. Have good knowledge in the area of people development
4. Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skill, outgoing personality and good presentation skill
