PT. INDOBARA BAHANA was established on 1974 to fulfill the Indonesia Market for reliable and quality pump and in line with the growing and building of Indonesia's physical development. During the period of 1968 - 1970 the brand "EBARA" was launched and continuously grow up until now as a well known pump in Indonesia. Currently the company expanded their business not only as pump dealer, but also as Distributor, Engineering, Procurement and Contractors.

Product Marketing - Section Head for Pump/Valve, Fire & Safety, Environment
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the achievement of optimum sales target of each principal; develop principals' sales strategy according to organization's vision & mission.
2. Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned products, such as conducting market research; overseeing product development and design; setting prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance.
3. Maintain good relationship with principals; ensure implementation of principals' programs in sales activity; negotiate with principals' for sales target; understand business potential & competition of each principal & seek business opportunity for them.
4. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.

Job requirements:

1. Male/Female; Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing/Product Specialist for pump, valve, fire active, safety, security, environment product, coating, protection products and corrosion protection system.
2. Bachelor Degree from Engineering preferable from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, & Chemical Engineering and Master degree for Marketing / Commercial with min GPA 3.00.
3. Have relevant skill or experience in oil & gas/mining/building construction/ government related /telco with the experience in Pumps/Rotating Equipment/Fire Protection, Safety, Security & Environmental Solution.
4. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Mandarin is an advantage.
5. Good presentation skill and negotiation.
