Responsibilities:

1. You will be part of the Training Management Program, where we train individuals through the program to climb the corporate ladder through the following positions:
2. Marketing Executive: You will be part of the sales and marketing department, representing our clients to create awareness and perform customer acquisition program through event marketing and corporate marketing.
3. Sales Training Manager: Besides involved in sales and marketing, you will be involved in recruiting and personnel development section of the company. You will be giving training, developing people to leadership roles.
4. General Manager: You are required to operate one of our branches in Indonesia, more involvement in business management and operations.

Requirements:

1. Strong Communication and presentation skills
2. High willingness to learn for self development
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
4. Required language(s): Bahasa, English and other foreign languages are advantages
5. Can start A.S.A.P
