Senior Legal Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Kelapa Gading)

Responsibilities:

1. Providing legal Due Diligence.
2. Analyzing/reviewing agreement/contract, drafting agreements/contract
3. Developing good relationship with Banks, Government Institution, notary etc
4. Providing legal opinion/advise/audit
5. Preparing letter of authority
6. Managing legal documents
7. Negotiation

Requirements for job:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
2. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in similar position.
3. Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
4. Having experience in preparing General Meeting of Shareholder or EGMS (RUPS/RUPSLB), BOD/C Meeting
5. Having advocate license
6. 1 Full-Time positions available.
