Junior Recruitment Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct the recruitment and selection process
2. Conduct and analyze psychology test for candidates
3. Assesses, interviews and refers qualified candidates to hiring certain position throughout the organization
4. Conduct a strategic presentation and communication regarding to the job career expo, school visit, built and maintain good relationship and networking to recruitment sources

Requirements:

1. Male, single, with max age 28 years old
2. Bachelor degree from Psychology from reputable University (GPA 3.00)
3. Understand psychological test tools and interview
4. Fresh graduate or experience
5. Detail and well organize person
6. Required language (s) : English (passive)
7. Willing to travel
8. Work place at Cakung, North Jakarta.
