- Has moderate ATL background and ever exposed to BTL standard operations
- Has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the advertising processes and the time required to complete each stage.
- Demonstrates fair presentation skills, both in preparing materials required and in delivery. Fair written skills.
- Ensures budgets and timelines are met and alerts team of potential issues.
- Organized with excellent time and project management skills. Can formulate the implication of changes to budget and delivery timelines.
- A great team-player but also has sense of leadership towards herself and the team.
- Clearly shows enthusiasm in learning of matters she is not expert in.
- Proactively questions and problem-solves with creative department and Client to ensure smooth progress on all projects.
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
