Quality Control Area Manager

(Jawa Barat - Cikampek - Purwakarta)

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising and organizing all QC line process and packing inspection, incoming material, laboratory analysis, flavor room, and out sources activities on each plant.
2. Maintaining & following up quality system, food safety system, quality plan, quality standard and specification
3. Controlling and analyzing trend performance of quality inspection and provide quality improvement plan to maintain the stability of quality

Requirements for job:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000.
3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
5. Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
6. Having proven effective leadership and team work
7. Having deep knowledge about food processing, SPC, Laboratory Analysis, and Quality Control mechanism & operation
8. Fluent in English speaking & writing
9. Willing to be located in Cikampek – Purwakarta (Bukit Indah Industrial City)
