PT DHL GLOBAL FORWARDING INDONESIA Membuka lowongan kerja pada bulan desember 2010 untuk posisi Occupational Safety & Environment Supervisor di Jakarta.

In supporting Jakarta office, we need qualified candidates to be dedicated as below positions:
Occupational Safety & Environment Supervisor (RCS: L)



Purpose:
Effectively support operations and functional departments in country to implement, maintain and improve Quality and Environment (Q&E)

Job Description :
  1. To Establish, maintain and update Environmental & Occupational Safety Management System on country unit level and its best practice processes.
  2. Implementation of the relevant regulations and requirement such as ISO 14001 on Environmental Program and occupational safety (laws, regulations, accident prevention).
  3. To review and analyze existing working processes, compliance performance and to propose for improvements
  4. To established, assist and perform regular Environmental & Safety training and new application/regulation related to Environmental & Safety to all levels and 3rd parties of
  5. Consultation and support for customers as needed related occupational safety
  6. Accident Investigation, Analysis and reporting
  7. Organize Emergency Team and Safety Committee meeting on a periodic basis to discuss and resolve Emergency & Safety including scheduling and organizing environmental / safety events
  8. To ensure timely and correct reporting pertaining to Environmental & Safety (such as regional reports, Environmental & Safety OTP Report, Incident/Accidents Report and To Schedule & perform Environmental & Safety Audit on Internal and Supplier

Job Requirements :
  1. Male/Female, min. S1/S2 Environmental Engineering
  2. Has minimum 5 years experience in Environmental & Occupational Safety Management System
  3. Good knowledge and update on Laws & Regulations related to Environment & Safety
  4. Experience in assessing and solving environmental & safety issues
  5. Good skills in presentation, writing documentation and reporting
  6. Analytical and strong implementation abilities
  7. Independent, self motivated, initiative, outgoing, open personality and proactive
  8. Must be able to speak and write fluently in English
  9. Willing to work overtime when required

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

  2. HOD will pass your application to HR for further process
  3. If you pass the application screening, HR and User Dept will conduct interview and necessary Test.
  4. HR will inform you the result 1 – 2 weeks after interview
