Qualification
- Male.
- Max 40 years old.
- Bachelor Degree ( S1 ), Graduated in HR Managment, Law, or Pyschology.
- Min. 5 years professional working experience in HR Position hotel star.
- Have Good leadership and wiling to work in a team.
- Have Passion in Human Development, People Person, and good Communication skill.
- Fluency in both written and spoken is a must.
- Computer Literacy.
- Strong sense of urgency, problem solving, flexibility, and slef motivation.
- In- depth knowledge of procedures, HR Policies, employee laws, including training, recruitment & counceling, payroll system.
