Management Development Program
This one year development program prepare the selected candidates to learn more about the company business process through induction programs, training development and on-the-job training with comprehensive assessment.
Requirements :
- Master degree holder from recognize university with outstanding result (GPA min. 3,5)
- Applicant With 12 years relevant work experience are also aligible and recommended to apply
- Below 30 years of age at the date of application
- Fluently in English
