SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities

1. Involved in Overall Sales and Tender related activities
2. To seek and develop new Business Opportunities and Sales
3. Calculating Project Cost Model, estimating project resources and generating Quotations (BoQ) as per Tender Requirement.
4. Supporting Project Managers in understanding and explaining SoW as per Contract to the project team members.
5. Promoting full range of solutions, prepare and supporting negotiation of formal business proposals and presentations
6. Building and Establishing Good Business Relationships with Major Telecommunications Vendors and Operators
7. Support General Operation Duties, Invoicing and and Sales Report
8. Supporting HR and Project Managers on pricing, rates and fees of the Contractors
9. Support ISO 9001 2008 Implementation in the Company

Requirement:

1. Minimum 5 years working experience in similar or related field
2. Preferred 28 years of age or above
3. Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications and related disciplines
4. Proficiency in Mandarin/ Chinese would be an added advantage; Positive
5. Good attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivation and good coordination
6. Education abroad and work experience abroad preferred
7. Be proficient in making business presentations and writing proposals
8. Strong knowledge of the industry with an interest in Telecomunication
9. Must be familiar with the business community of Jakarta and Indonesia
