Qualifications :

Hold a D3/S1 degree with art/design specialization from a reputable university
Master in HTML/xHTML and CSS syntax
Have an excellent 2D design/Pixel art skills
Have experience in building Flash application
Able to use Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop/illustrator and Corel Draw
Able to create a character/animation/logo
